From the moment you pay to the moment the skin is yours, this is the path it takes.
The secure payment page belongs to an authorized provider. You enter your card there, with 3D Secure.
You come back to SkinZeno and see the status of your order. Unpaid orders expire after one hour.
Our trade bot sends a Steam trade offer to the trade link saved in your profile.
Accept the offer within about 15 minutes and the skin is in your inventory.
You log in on the official Steam page. Your Steam password never reaches SkinZeno.
Card details are entered on a hosted payment page from an authorized payment provider, with 3D Secure verification.
The checkout shows the item, its float and the total before you go to the payment page.
Skins arrive as Steam trade offers. Nothing lands in your inventory until you accept the offer in Steam.
Every message to support gets a reference number, so your case is easy to track and follow up.
SkinZeno is an online market for Counter-Strike 2 skins. It acts as the operator of the platform and the merchant of record for card payments. It is not a bank, a wallet or a money-transfer service, and it does not hold funds for you.

Each payment covers exactly one item: the listing you picked, with its float, pattern, phase and stickers. Prices are shown in EUR and are checked again on our server before the payment page opens.
There is no balance, no deposit and no subscription. If the item is gone by the time you pay, you are told before anything is charged.
When the payment clears, our trade bot sends the item to the trade link saved in your profile. You accept the offer in Steam within about 15 minutes.
Trade holds and protection periods are set by Steam. SkinZeno cannot shorten or remove them. You can read Steam's own policy for the details.
If a paid skin cannot be delivered, for example because the offer expired or was declined, write to support. Every message gets a reference number. Refunds are reviewed by support and go back to your original payment method.
A delivered item, once the trade offer is accepted, is final.
SkinZeno is for adults aged 18 and over. After your first Steam sign-in you confirm your age and accept the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy before using the account.
Stolen items, items from compromised accounts and items under an ownership dispute are not allowed on the platform.
Every skin you buy is sent to this link as a trade offer. You only add it once.
